The full package
We own and understand your technology from start to finish. We look after everything from your broadband connection to the cables in your walls, so there's never any finger-pointing between suppliers.
One local team
Almost everything now runs on your network, from Wi-Fi to cameras to door entry. Between us, we have more than 30 years’ experience making sure that network is one you can rely on.
We don't just install hardware - we build reliable digital foundations.
Smartsys was founded in 2022 by Daniel Flounders, after more than 15 years working in hospitality technology, where networks can't go down and guests notice when they do. That experience shapes how we work: we plan properly, install to standard and stay around afterwards. Today we look after offices, care homes, hospitality venues and family homes across Newcastle, Northumberland and the North East.

"We used Smartsys to install a new CCTV and Wi-Fi network, as well as a lengthy fibre optic run between two buildings at our new industrial premises. They were a pleasure to work with — tidy work, and Daniel really took the time to understand our business and requirements. Highly recommended."
Matthew LockeIndustrial Premises, Newcastle upon Tyne"We recently got Daniel to update our old network across two very old buildings with very thick walls and poor Wi-Fi. It was a tough job, but he remained friendly and helpful throughout, and charged exactly what he'd estimated. We plan on using him for CCTV next."
Billy MoloneyVeterinary Clinic, Durham"Excellent network installation service. Listened to our needs and delivered a system that worked perfectly, including a long-distance hop."
